Show Notes

One of the first local punk bands I ever got into, back in the ‘90s, was Guy Smiley – and I never really stopped listening to them ever since. This episode is an interview with [Guy Smiley](http://epitaph.com/artists/guy-smiley/bio) frontman [Derek Kun](http://soundcloud.com/user-972004597-129956681), who went on to front Burnthe8track and is currently working on new material of his own. …and Derek has lots of stories from his heavy-touring career. Don’t be surprised if I have him on the podcast for a part two! This episode is brought to you by our friends at the [Park Theatre](http://www.myparktheatre.com/), by StevO and the [Beer Boutique](http://www.facebook.com/beerboutiquewpg/), and by [Book of Ghosts](http://www.facebook.com/pages/category/Musician-Band/Book-Of-Ghosts-113180690050815/).
