Show Notes

Dustin Harder is a local singer-songwriter, best known for his [Prairie Soul](http://www.facebook.com/prairiesoulmusic/) project, but he's also – as he puts it – the energy behind two upcoming festivals at Hilltop Resort: [Heart of the Nation Music Festival](http://www.facebook.com/events/366881723888100/) (July 5-7) and [Festival 59 Blues](http://www.facebook.com/Festival59Blues/) (Aug. 9-11). We talk about the work that goes into both festivals, how Dustin got involved with the venue, his own music, the artists on the bill – at Heart of the Nation, 22 local bands for $44 tickets – and a lot more. This episode is brought to you by our pals at [The Park Theatre](http://[[text](http://[text](http://))](http://)myparktheatre.com/). Don’t forget to support our friends at [Dub Ditch Picnic](http://dubditchpicnic.bandcamp.com/), who are trying to clear out as much stock as possible to [cover some medical costs](http://www.facebook.com/crizwell/posts/10156105481525636).
