Show Notes

Folk/roots brother act [The Sturgeons](http://www.the-sturgeons.com/) are no strangers to Witchpolice Radio -- they appeared a few years back as members of [Rory Verbrugge and the Ruckus](http://witchpolice.podiant.co/e/3529650d0c4e50L/) -- but this time they're on the show to talk about their own project and their excellent new album, Black and White. This one was a quick interview over the lunch hour at the mall, so the usual disclaimer applies: there's a decent amount of background noise... and at various points, one of the Sturgeons moves away from the mic. One of the hazards of what is essentially guerrilla podcasting in public! However, it's a great conversation, and there are four tracks from the new record in the episode as well. Thanks to everyone who has supported the podcast thus far. Thanks to supporters like the Winnipeg Music Project, we can keep churning out interviews twice a week! If you like the show, please head down to [patreon.com/witchpolice](http://www.patreon.com/witchpolice), and for as little as $1 a month, you can help keep the lights on! This episode is brought to you by our friends at [the Park Theatre](http://http://www.myparktheatre.com/), who have a whole calendar of great upcoming shows. Check it out their website for more details!
