Show Notes

Witchpolice Radio went outernational this week! While we've talked to out-of-town guests on the show before, this episode marks the first time we've had a guest from overseas. Joining us on the line from Bristol, UK, to talk about this week's "alarm" theme -- and his righteous new album The Great Escape: Season Two -- was Buggsy #1.

Buggsy talked at great length about England's rap scene, the influence of reggae and dancehall on the culture, and growing up in a Rasta community. It's an interesting chat, and while he couldn't perform live like some of our in-studio guests have in the past (because of the whole in England thing), he did deliver some a cappella lyrics during the discussion. Do yourself a favour and check out his music now.
